Personal Training at American Striker Fitness includes a variety of workouts intended to hit the stabilizing muscles, the muscles that are rarely relied on for support through a general workout function. 

Workouts are generally accomplished utilizing large muscle groups while for stability in-directly hitting the secondary muscle groups in support of the large muscle group being worked out. 

In a 30-45 minute period, you will achieve an amazing workout function.

Youth Programs

Kids Jiu-Jitsu

Teaching today's youth the art of Brazillian JiuJitsu

Jiu-jitsu builds character and confidence along with physical fitness.

Youth Striking/MMA

Ages 8-17

The kids are also in on the fitness aspect of training.

They might look small but these little ones pack a punch.

Kids ages 5-14 are all welcome to this class, we cater to the group when some kids are older or younger on any given day.


We offer pankration youth fights through the USFL, kids from all over the country and as far as Canada come to California to fight.  

Kids 13-15 are asked to stay for the Teen/Adult class, during that time, we mix and match and work with the individual(s) to get them comfortable with the atmosphere.
